Inquiry data

When you request DMNT access, we process the company name, work e-mail address, selected market, message, language and submission time. We use this information only to review and respond to your inquiry, protect the service from abuse and document the resulting business communication.

Legal basis and retention

Processing is based on steps requested before entering a contract and on our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries and operating a secure service. We retain inquiry data only as long as needed for those purposes and applicable legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

Infrastructure and recipients

Submissions are stored on access-controlled server infrastructure in the European Union. We do not sell inquiry data. We disclose it only to service providers acting under our instructions or when legally required. This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
